Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay included comfortable accommodations and a lovely breakfast. The coffee station in the room was a nice touch for early mornings. I recommend bringing your own cold water supply, as it’s not provided. Overall, a satisfying experience with opportunities for minor enhancements.

Easy check-in process.
The breakfast was awful, the same options every day. Staff were confrontational and unhelpful, and the room was not cleaned properly during my stay.

I had a lovely stay for 9 nights, especially loving the fresh breakfast options that helped me stay healthy while exploring. The relaxing outdoor seating area was perfect for unwinding after a day of walking, and the cozy lounge made for a nice spot to chat with friends. However, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to major sites like the Dome of the Rock, surrounded by local shops and eateries. Spacious and clean rooms enhance the experience, providing a comfortable retreat after long days of exploring. However, the breakfast, while varied, lacked quality, and the noise from the surrounding area could be disruptive at night. Tissues and water in the room would have made it feel more welcoming.

Recommend it for families looking for convenience
The location was prime, just a quick walk to the entrance of the old city through the Damascus gate. Also, the rooftop restaurant had a great view and the food, while simple, was quite good.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but it was decent for what we got.

Great spot for exploring!
Location is A+ for strolling to all the cool spots in the Old City. Breakfast was awesome—loved the healthy choices. The room was spacious, though a bit chilly at times. Only thing is, the reception staff seemed kinda distant. Still, the vibes were nice and the view from the bar was lit!
